A modern and elegant white canvas provides the backdrop for a striking collection of antique furniture and modern art in this urban loft space.

Custom millwork and furniture provide a generous mix of open and closed storage in the hall and office, while a seating area outside the kitchen does double-duty as a cocktail perch and breakfast nook. A central concrete column was kept in its’ raw state as an interesting, rough-textured foil to the gracefulness of the space.

In the dining area, the contemporary lines of a white composite and metal dining table are contrasted by a Louis XVI console. A custom built-in storage unit runs the length of the space, housing all of the necessities for entertaining, including a full bar.

Clean lines extend to the kitchen, with hidden appliances and a stainless steel Bulthaup unit for a visually simple look. In the master bath, dimmable LED fixtures were added at the ceiling and floor to create a subtle ambiance, and a Corian shower partition was installed in lieu of a glass partition.
