Design of 10 suite layouts and reception area for this boutique condo development in the Annex, along with a finely detailed contemporary presentation centre housed in a former donut shop.

Hand-made tiles (produced locally in Roncesvalles) serve as a textured backdrop to the reception desk, along with a commissioned work by Parkdale artist Nestor Kruger, gracing the wall facing the entrance, and encouraging visitors to pause in the gallery-like space.

Key suite features, such as the fireplace in the seating area and kitchen cabinetry in the meeting space, give clients a sense of the custom millwork and richly textured material palette options.

A scale model offers a preview to the modern aesthetic and luxury finishes, while an office to review documents and materials completes the space.
