This modern condominium residence is a study in contrast and juxtaposition: Heritage architecture set beside modern structures; a casual neighbourhood feel, combined with elegant luxury.  

The sales centre footprint was large enough to feature a full-sized suite layout for clients to walk through, including a living room, kitchen, bedroom, study, bathroom and storage. To differentiate the sales suite, a minimal graphite and white palette was used, and the reception area showcased custom millwork to house a desk, a scale model and floor plan display.

All millwork and finishes, plumbing and lighting selections make a design connection between deco and modern, perfectly suited for its mid-town location at the foot of Casa Loma.
